Remove the rubber gasket if you are doing a simple replacement
No installation instructions were included so it's not for the novice "do it yourself" homeowner.If you do want to save the $300 installation change, make sure to remove the rubber gasket prior to install otherwise you will have major leaking issues.

Finish is not durable
Looked nice for a bit, but within 6 months finish is coming off around the drain lip. Will have to purchase another brand soon as it continues to erode the finiah

Wrench is kinda cheap but you get what you pay for the stopper and the overflow is quality and the finish is nice

It did not come with instructions, but I did figure it out.

Worked great
I paid extra and got the free removal tool, but I am glad I did. Saved me a trip into town to get one, it worked just like it should and this set looks great with the other oil rubbed bronze pieces in the shower.

Finish Starter Coming Off After a Month
Oil rubbed bronze finish started flaking off after about a month in both bathrooms, so it’s not an isolated situation. Would not recommend.

Exactly right!
Just perfect. It blends well with the other ORB pieces in bath. Make certain to note that the drain cap can fit BOTH fine and coarse thread. Excellent pieces after long hunt
