Highly recommended
This is brilliant stuff if you understand that it isn’t a pre workout as some people talk and rate it like one , but an amino drink , in saying that tho it has got a kick to it with the stimulants in it and definitely gives you energy , I can train lots better on this also I’m less sore day after , if your going to take it before gym take it 1 hour before you will feel the full benefits, I also take a separate l glutamine in the same mix , it definitely works 100% as an amino drink , and definitely gives you energy / focus etc

Was a gift for a gym girl on her Birthday
It's just below average on its own but mix with the chocolate version its a full, 5 stars as I'v had it before like this. Or mix with chai tea latte version.On this occasion it was a gift for a blonde girl I met at the gym for her birthday, she loved it too bad her taste in men isn't the same as her taste buds. I personally think its better with chocolate mocha caramel combo.

I got this size to try it before commiting to a big tub. For the first few times I really noticed that I was craving sweet things at the end of the day.. not sure if it's related or not..However, it does give you a boost. I tried to take it just before my workout and also during but neither of that worked for me. The ideal for me was to finish drinking it one hour before I was due to workout and it definitely helped and I could feel it kicking in. So much so that one day, a meeting just before my lunch break when I normally workout, ran over, and my goodness I was electric!

It's a really good boost!
It's really good and it's a very strong boost of energy when it comes to working out at the gym, training and exercise but it's more for the gym when it comes to those weights but it's really good.

? Genuine?
I've already bought this product from different suppliers before. But the one I bought recently does not seem to me genuine,the powder is different thick seems to be moldy and does not dissolve properly with the water.

Not feeling the difference
I don't feel much of a kick from this in comparison to other Pre-workout formulae. Maybe it is me as I've built up a tolerrance to these type of products but I feel very little.

Brilliant energy product I usually take it everyday before or after training it give me enough energy I'm happy with this product I recommend other sportsmen/sportswoman to use this product for everyday training
