I was looking for a pair of headphones that could be compatible with Teams and after making some research I found these. They are very cool and I like that they are comfortable to use. At first, I have a little trouble to understand how to use the bottons but after a quick search in Google I was able to understand how to use the options integrated. I can move freely around the room while talking. I'm glad that they will be useful not only with the computer but also with my cellphone. And the sound cancellation option is great!

I bought this for work, to use as headset with Microsoft teams in conference calls. I have a 3 year old Jabra Evolve 75 that is a on-the-ear ANC headset. And when i came to decide on getting a new equivalent with Bluetooth 5 capabilities, this Adapt model has following pros/cons . Pros 1. Passive noise cancellation is better due to Over-the-ear design versus Jabra Evolve 75's on-the-ear 2. Use usb-c ports for charging versus micro usb for Jabra 3. Much better music playback sounds 4. boomless mic works as well as Evolve 75 in cancelling out noise for the conference call listener on other end 5. Bluetooth 5.0 versus Jabra Evolve 75's bluetooth 4.2 Cons 1. The headset do not fold flat like Evolve 75 and is bulky to transport 2. Epos connect software is not as well polished as Jabra Direct in terms of user interface friendliness 3. Visually there is no led light to indicate headset is powered on, whereas Jabra has a light indicator that you can glance to know the headset is still powered on

Will give 3.5 if there was an option of adding 0.5 in overall rating. Reviewing after using it for one day - Amazon delivered ahead of time. Hope it's not the case of under promise and over delivery - Design and build quality is very good - Connects seamlessly with devices - Can't connect with EPOS app. Really? even after paying 200 dollars - Voice quality is ok. Not great. Not bad. - Microphone is indeed really good. Works pretty well with MS-teams - Haven't tested ANC yet.

The noise cancellation works and stays connected. The microphone only works in Bluetooth mode and they only give you a cable that supports they use as headphones. Contacted them about this and they give a very vague response and don't even offer a place to buy the right cable. With all the buttons its kind of hard to keep track which one does what so you constantly have to take them on and put them back on to turn on/off the Bluetooth, noise cancellation, volume and any other button they have, so it's kind of hard to use. Just an FYI even if you have the headset plugged in, if you have the noise cancellation on it will drain the battery.
