We had a science themed party and had all the kiddos stamp their hands when they came in so they could grow some germs and also to emphasize the importance of hand washing. After a couple of days, we have a nasty little crop of bacteria in ours. My kiddo was amazed and a little freaked.

I used these for a science activity with high school students. The plates arrived in good condition and worked great for our experiment. Only downside is that they need to be kept refrigerated and have a shorter shelf life than other plates I have gotten which were vacuum sealed. As long as you don't need to store them a long time - these are great.
