These work very well & are easy to install. Great value & highly recommend.

My plants enjoy the filters. The removal of the extra chlorine made the difference, as the unfiltered water would yellow my vegetables or slow their growth. It is still not as good as rain wather but gets the job done in drought conditions.The little hose spring to hang the filter off the faucet did not make it 2 days. I left the water on and found the crimping came apart and the yard nearly flooded.

I have real poor drinking water. despite having my water tested and they say it's fine, my fish have died off over 2 years where i used to have 50 and they are all dead except for new ones i introduced.those fish were used to an area that had great water. i'm hoping this filter helps.i hooked it up and the water tastes great. i put it on my python tool to fill up my fishtank and it filters all the water. should last a long time.note: toss the bendy attachment. take it off. the threads are **too shallow** on one end and might damage what you hook it up to or it just might pop off. if you want to keep it, go to a hardware store and get a part to mate it with and silicone it in.i'm hoping this will fix my issue. so far water seems great.

This is a great price for 4 of these types of filters, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. Yes, they work, but be forewarned that the threads on these filters are VERY poorly cut or molded. The male thread end is OK, and will screw into a standard hose fitting just fine, but will need several wraps of plumbers' tape to keep from leaking. The female threaded end is TERRIBLE! The threads are very poorly cut or molded into the unit and are consistently very difficult to get the end of a hose to screw into it. Every one of these I've tried has had the exact same problem. It can be done, but just know that you are going to need to apply a lot of pressure on the hose going into this filter at the same time you try to screw this on, and even then it is very difficult to get the thread to start correctly. It is very easy to cross-thread this end. You'll also need several wraps of tape on this end to keep it from leaking as well once you do finally get it threaded on. I like the price of these, but not sure I'd order them again.

Much cheaper than rv store. Does the job I guess! Had initial discharge of carbon....which the instructions mentioned. Flush the filter onto the ground on first use👍😉 . Not sure how these are tested or rated.....have to trust the manufacturer.

There should be more information about compatibility. These things should NOT be available to Australia because the threads are not compatible with Australian plumbing. VERY ANNOYED...

I bought this product when I discovered iron/mineral deposits in my pool skimmers and baskets in my pool pumps. Our well-water has high TDS and mineral content. We have a whole home water treatment system, but we don't use it for our outdoor watering. This RV filter solved our outdoor water problem immediately. Effective as soon as it is attached to the end of an ordinary outdoor hose, and much MUCH cheaper than other solutions I considered. Highly recommend!
