Jurassic World Evolution (Xbox One)

So this is the first time I have played this sort of game, except and ill fated purchase of a roller coaster tycoon from CEX which managed to grab my attention for all of 5 minutes.But who doesn't love Jurrasic Park/ World so a game where you can build the park, breed the Dino's and let your guest be killed by rampaging Dino's is clearly a winner for me!Gameplay is actually really engaging, as with any sort of building game the task are repetitive. However this differs in that you need to stay on top of the health, and well being of your Dino's otherwise they get bored and start escaping and running amok! The builder is easy to use along with the controls and progression/research trees for different aspects of buildings and tech.The developers have really kept the game well supported with patches and new content drops even to this day. So new islands/ Dino's are/have been released so it keeps the game nice and fresh.I really recommend this to anyone who loves dinosaurs....and who honestly doesn't?

Having held off getting this game for a long time it came up on a deal so I decided to take the chance to get it and am so glad I did. The game is well thought out meaning you get a good level of detail and challenge but with a control system that is not overly complicated (it will take a little getting used to). The graphics are excellent and the game runs smoothly making for a game you can happily sit and play for hours without getting bored or frustrated.If you love Jurassic Park/World then this is a great game for you and one I highly recommend.

Really fun game that can be enjoyed casually. Although I believe it will have a limited life-span, unless they add new features through updates and DLC. Once you've got access to the 5 Star dinosaurs, it's far too easy run a successful park.Other gripes would be that it's frustrating how the herbivores start breaking out due to lack of a social group, when they're in a pen with their own kind but they've wandered away from them (If you put them in a smaller enclosure, they start breaking out due to the enclose being too small), they should move in herds. And the carnivores just murder everything, surely they should only kill when hungry?I'm sure these problems an be easily fixed with an update, as others are making the same points.

Absolutely brilliant game, extremely addictive, i start playing and before I know it 4 hours have passed! Some of the isles it can take a while to build up money (i had to restart one of the islands 3 times before I figured out a strategy) and the weather on the different isles can be extremely challenging but this adds to the fun of the game! If your a fan of games like the sims/zoo tycoon/rollercoaster tycoon then definitely get this game!

I loved operation genesis and spent hours crafting different parks. This game has Beautiful graphics and excellent gameplay (was a little worried the console version wouldn’t be as easy to control as computer, however needn’t have worried). Hours of Dino fun had and to have!

Was purchased for my daughters birthday and she loves it. The game is really good, the dinosaurs are brilliant. Well worth the money!

Like I said the game is a tad limited.

Excellent purchase for my sons present. Good quality game. Graphics are excellent. It develops my kids imagination and logical thinking. You can create so much using your imagination and it allows you to be very creative. Good game. Definitely recommend it.
