Its a nice product will say that it helps slim the look of the body but thats where for this one its ends. Everything about the sizing options they have are terrible they don't allow you to choose between a medium and a large NO they both are the same size. And its terrible that shirt they sent was not no dang large that was a medium and thats it i couldnt fit into it and after struggling to get it on i had to CUT IT OFF. Thats maybe a small cause i bough another slim shape shirt from them and medium and i can fit into that one just fine. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SPECIFIC SHIRT

It doesn’t shrink your arms and your belly doesn’t disappear as the before and after pics show, not that I thought it would. Fake advertising at its worst.They are tight as others have said, but they wouldn’t do much if they weren’t. Tough to get on and off, so you may need help or good flexibility and strength to do it yourself. Comfy and long enough, but not something I want to put on and take off every day. Maybe ok for occasional events.
