These have been hands down one of my kids’ most played with toys. Both my two year old girl and three year old boy are equally obsessed. They like them much more than regular planes or cars because they can be so creative with pulling them apart and building new ones. So far none have broken and they seem sturdy. They go together and come apart easily enough for the little ones but don’t fall apart. We’ve had hours of fun with these already.

This Mix or Match aircraft set doubles as toy vehicles that can be played with, and a unique building experience that encourages kids to use their imaginations. My grandson loves to create new vehicles and then make up fun scenarios, such as, "This airplane can fly up to the moon and go in the sea and rescue people from sharks". The airplanes are plastic, but feel durable. The pieces snap together easily, and stay together well, even through some pretty serious play sessions. There's also a folding cardboard hangar that is surprisingly nice and sturdy. The only odd thing for me is that the description states these are magnetic, but I don’t see any magnets or feel any magnetic pull. There's not even the normal tell-tell sign of rattling you usually hear when you shake magnetic blocks or tiles. It doesn't matter to me if these are actually magnetic or not, but it is puzzling. Either way, these are high quality toys and I recommend them for any kid who loves airplanes.

The pieces did not fit correctly into the other end

The Popular Playthings Mix or Match Vehicles set is a blast! My son loves building different vehicles and the playmat adds to the fun. The magnets are strong, and the pieces stay in place. The only thing to watch out for is small pieces that might get lost easily, but overall, it's a creative toy that sparks the imagination!

The media could not be loaded. My 4 year old loves this set! The pieces snap together easily and stay together, great quality! Everything stores perfectly inside the box. The magnetic landing strip is so much fun for him to drive up around on.

Very cute airport set. It’s great that the airplanes are magnetic so you can change them around. This keeps my kids entertained as they can make many different versions. It’s fun for them to play with and it is well-made. It is durable and it is holding up to constant play time. It’s a great value.

I was worried this was going to feel cheap, but actually the magnets are solid, the plastic is well molded and the whole thing feels nice when playing with it. It's a great little set of toys.

I’ll admit, I’m a bit biased when it comes to this brand—my kids own every one of these vehicle sets, and they play with them daily! I love this brand, so I jumped at the chance to get a new set. These toys offer endless possibilities for creative, open-ended play, and both my three-year-old and almost six-year-old come up with the most unique vehicle designs.If you’re looking for a toy that will keep kids entertained for hours without screens, I highly recommend these. I’m especially thrilled that they’ve expanded the line to include more aerial vehicles, adding even more options to mix and match. They’re also compatible with the other mini sets. This is a wonderful gift that kids will enjoy for years!
