Three swallows first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything, and I will not have heartburn all day long. It really does not have any flavor to it, but you feel it cooling and soothing your digestive tract all the way down. I've been drinking it daily for a couple of years now. It is expensive, but one liter lasts nearly a month, and is worth every penny. They could package them a little better; occasionally one will arrive somewhat dented, but I have not had one leak (yet).

I have been ordering and using Forever Aloe Vera for years. The new packaging is AWFUL! My last order of 2 bottles both came with the bottoms unsealed and leading. The plastic caps had also come off leaving just the foil covered hole. I have learned that you cannot get your money back on these items, in the past when I have had issues. What did I do? I took what was left in each bottle and poured it in tupperware. I don't know if it is still good and I am not really sure if I will be ordering again.

This tastes to me like the original product tasted It's still somewhat bitter, but you don't need much. Relieves acid indigestion instantly. As well as alleveate the pain of indigestion.
