More brain clarity!!

There is no stated, intended use for these. I assume, it's meant to improve mental clarity. That, plus the brand name, is why I ordered it. Primary ingredient is folate, which helps cell growth and development.Also contains, in not necessarily specified amounts, bacopa, which is a natural relaxant and can help with that, L-theanine, a natural relaxant, B-12 - which increases energy, lion's mane, gingko biloba, black pepper extract, GABA, and a whole lot of other ingredients. The ingredients seem to conflict with one another a little. The primary issue for me is that, upon opening the bottle, I was met with the most rancid smell. A cross between raw sewage and fresh manure.The pills are also rather large and difficult to swallow. I don't know if these actually do anything for your brain, as the label implies, I just know I won't be using them again.

Upon opening, I found these to have a VERY strong & unappealing odor to them. Unfortunately, I will not be able to take them because I have a weak stomach for stuff like this & my brain, as it is, is NOT up for it lol.The bottle arrived properly sealed & has a clear batch number & best by date of 07/2027 (just over 2 years out) stamped on the bottom of the bottle.All of the softgels seem to be fully intact & not leaky. They aren’t too terribly big, so they should be easy to take.I appreciate that these are made in the USA by a solid & established company. They seem to be of good quality & I can surely recommend them to anyone who can pinch their nose to ingest supplements.

This Iron Plus Vitamin C by Nature's Truth is of excellent quality.These pills were easy to swallow and are easy on the stomach, but if you're on the frail side the natural aroma of thispills might cause you to shy away from them.The major active ingredient is vitamin c which has countless health benefits. This product also includes Iron together helps prevent anemia and supports cardiovascular health by maintaining healthy blood circulation. I could go on about the benefits of this product but as always you should read the product description, do your own research and if necessary consult with your doctor.This supplement is a SUPPORT supplement. Taking this supplement alone will not bring forth major change on it's on just like exercise alone won't bring forth major change. Like with all supplements consistency is key when it comes to effectiveness and the value is excellent. value and I would highly recommend this product by Nature's Truth.
