Love the brand
I have the American ginseng from this same brand and it works so much better for my mood and energy. Idk if it’s the extended release aspect of this one, or what.That’s not to say it wouldn’t work fine for other people, I just may not metabolize it well. But it’s definitely lackluster. Going back to the other one for sure.
