Had some difficulties but shop worked hard to fix it
I had some trouble with receiving a harness with a broken part and a delay in the shipping of the replacement after the version I needed was sold out, but the shop reached out to Amazon to ask them to expedite the shipping of the replacement, and a fixed replacement was sent to me in a much more reasonable amount of time than initially stated. The store reached out to me to ask how to make it right, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The odd extra-long shipping delay was Amazon, not the merchant, and they were very kind in a difficult situation.The belt itself is great! It's sturdier than most costume pieces and is what I needed for an event this week.

I bought two of these costumes and my daughters loved them. They came exactly as advertised and the size chart worked perfectly. The costume is true to size. The fabric is soft and smooth.
