Pouring Shield for KitchenAid

The Kitchen Aid mixer bowl cover is just the right size, made well considering it’s rigid plastic, and the light gray looks good with my cobalt blue Kitchen Aid. It keeps the food in the bowl instead of on my walls. Suoer easy to put on. This would be especially good if you have little kids and don’t want their teeny fingers getting mixed up with the bowl… little kids do weird things, LOL.

This is a great product. It adjusted to the size of the bowl. Cleans us really well.

I I love this for cooking with my kids. It really helps. Keep the mess down. It even has a little flat where the flour and stuff gets poured in, which is great. My only complaint as you can’t lift the the top with this on the bowl.

Value for the money. No more splatters

Oh. My. Gosh! Why didn’t I get this thing a long time ago! This shield is a life saver! If you’re tired of the messes your kitchen-aid makes, get this thing.

The cover I was using belonged to different brand stand mixer that died on me before I got my KitchenAid. It was a pain putting it on or removing it because it was just a continuous round piece of plastic, and the chute had to be attached to it. It was too loose on the mixer bowl. This KitchenAid cover is great! It separates in the middle, so you don't have to maneuver the mixer or the attachments around to put it on or remove it. It clicks into place when you put it around the bowl, and it has a small, attached chute that flips down to add ingredients to the bowl. Love it!

Works really well and I like that it opens up to pour dry ingredients

I would say it definitely helps with splashing, but because the side spout is open it still splashes when you have liquids in there, for instance making butter. It does not fit perfectly, but good enough if you are not picky. I do like being able to just pour ingredients into the spout instead of having to turn it off.
