I love baking bread at home, but I have zero ability to slice evenly without a guide. This makes it super simple. I love that it's got a crumb catch tray, and that is adjustable to width and length. It's made slicing a fast task with consistent results. Would buy again!

This bread slicer is easy to use, but of course it’s just not big enough to do a large sourdough bread without cutting off one side of the loaf so it’ll fit. I guess they don’t make what I want.

This item works well for perfect slices and kept my fingers safe from the knife. It’s easy to clean and breaks down for easy storage.

I have a bread maker machine so I thought I would try out this bread slicer. When the marketing material claims it is a "foldable" design, I assume that means that it all stays together when folded. It all comes apart and stacks together, but it doesn't "fold" closed. That means that your trays will be all over the place unless you store it in a bag or something else. The whole slicer does take up more room than it probably needs to, and I am not sure I have the cupboard space to make this worth keeping in my kitchen. It does allow you to cut straight pieces of bread, I'm just not sure it's worth the space for this singular use kitchen item.

I have to be very careful to get it to cut all of the way to the bottom. Just a minor problem.

Easy to assemble and use

I bought this to cut my sourdough into even loaves, while I can’t cut a whole round loaf, it makes for really great sandwich slices, and sample pieces for events!

This made slicing my homemade bread a lot easier. I now get smaller more even slices than before.
