Unique Design
Great Product. Probably the only one in the market to provide a ring perch instead of a stick, which allows birds to peck with a straight body posture.

The birds won’t use it!
The birds won’t eat from this feeder. They’ve ignored it in favour of other styles of tubular feeder. The feeding holes may be too small. The flip top lid seems like a great idea for ease of refilling, but the little plastic "hinge" holding the lid to the feeder itself is not at all strong. I have a feeling that it will snap or break in a short space of time once the feeder has been out in the weather. Not impressed. Shame as it looked nice.

Unsettled the birds
I'm not sure the birds who come to feed in my garden like the colour of this feeder. Bought to replace the worn out ones I've only seen one bird on this feeder in 3 weeks. Normally sparrows are queuing up to feed. The food is the same so it's not that. I think the colour is too bright for the birds liking.

Design Fault?
Appeared fine but the flip top gradually weakened.Gave up picking the lid off the floor and throwing away soaked food.Replaced.Disappointed.Wasn't the cheapest.Went with the name.Not impressed.Ought to replace all simarly feeling disappointed buyers.

To start off with these feeders worked well as they are easy to open and refill ( I bought the nut feeder and the seed feeder) however in less than a year the plastic bend-back hinge for the lid has broken off both of them and as a result the seeds and nuts get wet when it rains and then the contents rot and you end up losing your bird visitors. Sorry Alan Titmarsh but I would not recommend these as other feeders I have had in the past have lasted years and years (infact they are still going strong!)

Disappointed
Bought three of these after reading positive review. What a disappointment. They are made of quite hard brittle plastic. Managed to assemble perches onto the first one no problem. Second one had no bird feeder assembly on one side and the third one rendered itself useless when trying to slot in the perches as the brittle plastic inside assembly broke off leaving the perches loose and useless. I reckon after hanging these outside in the freezing conditions they are likely to break easily if trying to clean them. Also don't ever drop one or they will shatter without a doubt. No happy and would not buy these again!
