After 20 days it doesn't work

Hardly used it for 9 months. The lock broke and now the handle moves freely hence I'm unable to use it. Disappointed 😑

I really wanted to love the Gala Spin Mop, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. 😕Here’s what didn’t impress me:❌ Handle feels flimsy: The extendable handle doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d hoped. It’s a bit wobbly, making it harder to get a good grip during cleaning.❌ Microfiber Refill Quality: While the microfiber is soft, it doesn’t absorb as much water as I expected, which means I end up mopping a second time in some spots.❌ Difficult to wring out: The spinning action isn’t as smooth, and it takes more effort to wring out the mop than it should. I’ve had better experiences with other spin mops.The white and blue design looks nice, but sadly, looks aren’t everything. It’s just not as efficient as I’d like for regular cleaning tasks.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for a high-performance mop. It’s fine for light cleaning but struggles with more thorough jobs. 😔
