Ok. This toy is single handedly one of my favorite gifts I have ever received LOL. I'm a 30 year old adult human and this is extremely fun to use. xD Next time I see one of my brothers during a visit, wherever they're sitting I'll bring them some snacks in the back of this dump truck and the moment they reach down for it, I'll be like "wait a sec, wait." then I'll make is slowly dump all the snacks on the ground, then truck bed returns to level position, then the truck takes off LOL. Then my brother is left, sitting there looking at his snacks on the carpet. amazing isn't it? hahaha ! Kid or adult-this thing is amazing. It's fascinating how you gotta charge the truck's battery and all. I'm such a pilgrim lol. To me, that's super fancy. I recommend this toy to Any human who loves surprising their loved ones with snacks, suddenly dumping their snacks onto the ground then taking off haha! The snacks Have to be out of their wrappers or its not going to work! Remember that! Like skittles, M&Ms, crackers. Anything that will spill out with grace! haha Controlling it is much easier than I thought too! Which is helpful for us primitive-type. lol

Got it quick. Gave it to my grandson and loves it. Not heavy duty but works well enough for a 5 year old to be occupied!

Purchased this for my 7yr old grandson. I always open his gifts and charge the batteries and ensure it works. Then re-wrap it. Good construction even if plastic. Controller does not come with batteries (2xAA). It is advertised to be 4 wheel drive. It is not. It only drives from one rear axle. It does not have any of the advertised sounds other than the electric motors that drive the truck. It 'paired' instantly. My biggest issue is that it drives way to fast to be a 'realistic Dump Truck'. You don't buy a dump truck to race, haha. To slow it down you have to flick the drive toggle on and off repeatedly. They obviously just put the race car drive train in this truck. After Christmas I may investigate installing a resister to slow it down? I originally ordered the 1:20 scale version but it Amazon substituted the 1:26 (smaller) version without notice. My grandson will never notice any of this and he will love it. I just wanted to set the record straight comparing what is advertised vs what you get. Waiting on the excavator to arrive. Will write review of that later.

easy to use

Our grandson is having a flat with this RC dumptruck.

Had this for 1 day and now it doesn’t work. Make sure you have a small screwdriver before purchasing because in order to get it out of the cardboard packaging you will need one. Never seen packaging like that before.

The charger component doesn’t work properly. The red light on the USB-A charger plug doesn’t go out if/when the battery reaches a full charge. Fortunately, we have another, smaller dump truck with, essentially, the same charger with a shorter wire. The trucks are made by the same company and I’m able to charge either of them using the other USB charging plug. What we like about the larger truck is that it turns left and right by turning the front wheels. The other, smaller dump truck, turns left and right by simply locking the left or right wheels, basically putting the truck into a temporary spin.
