This is an awesome B vitamin complex at a reasonable price, B vitamins are essential for healthy nerves (I no longer have restless leg) muscle strength, energy, mood, healthy hair, skin and nails. thanks for the great product

My husband and I decided to try the Pronutrition Vitamin B Complex. We have a one and a three year old and were feeling exhausted and run down all the time. After a few days of taking the Vitamin B complex we both noticed an increase in energy. Since we have toddlers in daycare, we also worry about germs, we've only been using for a month but hope that these pills help fend off those pesky germs and viruses.

I was constantly buying this product, one or two cans every year. This year I bought for the first time and I am completely disappointed with the amount of vitamins in one capsule — it's just tears. In the first photo on the left is a new jar, on the right is an old one. The second photo on the left shows the amount of vitamins in the new jar, on the right the amount of vitamins in the old jar. Vitamins have become MUCH less, and the price has not changed at all, the same 1000 rupees. This is already a deception. With great regret, I have to look for a new manufacturer, this manufacturer can no longer give a good product.

did notice slight difference in energy levels, but not very high, and the piys* turned yellow, so yellow, so might recommend to avoid continuous usage overdosing ur kidneys. i used it intermittently, and 2 caps per day.

Don't buy it. If you check the content of each b vitamin, you can see its above RDA value. Its heavy high dose even if body don't store the vitamin. check dosage before purchasing any supplements [i blindly bought it after doc suggestion]. Better go for multivit or skin-hair-nail supplement if you think you are b deficient [remember to check dosage].
