These are the good ones
Before ordering these ponchos from GIISAM, I tried some from another brand. The listings look similar but these are much better. These fit me well, whereas the other ones were uncomfortably small. The hoods on these ponchos are about 2 inches larger, and the sleeves are about 2 inches longer than the others, which really makes a difference. For reference, I’m about 5’6”.The materials and assembly on these are also better. The ponchos are well made and clean, with milky-white clear plastic. The seams use heat-melting to neatly join the sheets of plastic. The ponchos have a slight plastic odor but it dissipates. The sleeves end in rubber-band cuffs, which are a bit tight for long use. I plan to clip the bands if they bother me, which will make the sleeves plain and ungathered. I guess that will depend on how hard it’s raining. The ponchos come in resealable plastic bags. I plan to tuck a couple into each of my family’s cars, in case anyone has to change a tire in the rain. They are a good value at their current price of $16 for 12.

Convenient Coverage for Sideline Cheer, Snug Fit for Larger Sizes
These disposable rain ponchos are a practical solution for events exposed to unpredictable weather, such as sideline cheerleading. The ponchos are notably easy to store and distribute, making them essential for outdoor activities where sudden rain can occur. The thin material is sufficiently waterproof to keep the wearer dry during showers. However, the size might be restrictive for more prominent individuals. At 6'1" and wearing a size 2XL, I found the poncho snug and slightly uncomfortable, particularly around the shoulders. Therefore, while these ponchos are excellent for smaller to average-sized individuals, making them ideal for most cheerleaders, they might need more coverage for taller people or a wider fit.Despite the potential size limitations, these ponchos still serve their purpose well for temporary use in wet weather. They offer good value and convenience, especially for youth and outdoor sports events, making them a practical choice for those in need of a quick rain protection solution.

Great Poncho
Bought these ponchos for a family trip to Disney. The ponchos were made of great quality plastic and waterproof which saved us when it rained. The set was a great value for the money and was easy to pack into everyone’s bags to use.

Good for a game, trip, outdoors
These fold up small and don’t take up a lot of space. Put them in a suitcase for travel to a game with rain and outdoor activities. Can be reused if dried out and taken care of. Also thin enough to be disposable.

Indispensable.
I usually pick up a handful of these at the Big Box store in the spring. SO versatile. I tuck one into any day pack for hiking, another in my stadium/ball bag (storms often blow up out of nowhere) ... a couple more in the glove compartment of the car. I can't tell you how many times these have saved our bacon! Even handier is a whole dozen! These are average sized ... the elastic at the wrist cuff is handy, but a plain ol' (non-fitted) poncho might fit larger than typical folks better.

Good disposable ponchos
A nice small item for a car emergency kit or backpacking. This is definitely disposable! Please keep in mind you are not getting a nice thick plastic poncho. It is about the thickness of cheap plastic wrap but it does a good job of keeping the rain off anything you put it over.I like that you get a drawstring hood area, but again, be gentle or you'll just tear it.I'm still giving it 5 stars because it is good for what it is listed as and you are getting what you pay for. It's a nice set of ponchos to stick in a kit and have on hand.

About as thick as a sandwich bag. Versatile size, kids or adults
These are described as disposable. There is nothing preventing you from trying to re-use them. If they're just a little wet, you could shake them off and easily roll them back up. But they are thin and easy to tear. They're about as thick as a thin sandwich bag.I'm a 6 foot male - the sleeves only go down to my elbows, and it hits me about mid-thigh. I find it a tad tight, but it does indeed fit.On my wife (5 ft 7), the sleeves are full length, and it goes slightly below the knee.So it's a versatile size, will fit most adults or kids.
