300 Piece 3D Pen Refill Pack | Compatible with The 3Doodler Start+ Only | 10 Vibrant Colors of Safe Low Temperature PCL Filament 2.5mm Thick | Not Compatible with Other 3D Pens

I have 2 3d printers and my son has a 3d pen. Unfortunately, I use 1.75mm filament and my son's require larger ones. This is the correct size and he's able to use his pen once again. He is happy with the quality and quantity.

My bad - I bought this refill pack without noticing it is specifically for the 3Doolder only. There is a difference. 3Doodler uses a 3M stick versus all others which are just using standard 1.75 mm filament. There is no way to make these work in a 1.75 mm feed throat, don't try it.That said, for the 3Doolders out there(and those who have rapidly picked on up), this is a perfect kit and the flow rates are nice and predictable. You can't really go wrong at this price with this color selection!

This fed well through our 3Doodler Start+. The extruded, still warm plastic, however, was noticeably stiffer than OEM plastic. This made it more challenging to design curves as it would bend rather than fall in place. If you slowed down to cleanly drop a curve, you risked having the plastic harden before you were done. But other than that, it was great. For what children mostly do with it, precision work is not paramount.

These filament sticks work in my 3Doodler great. They perform just like the stuff that came with it from the manufacturer, I can't tell the difference. Except in price.. these are sooo much cheaper. Great value!

My daughter has been using this with her 3D pen and it seems to work quite well. We thought that we would give PCL a try given its characteristics. It works well in her pen though we did fine tune the printing temp a bit from the preset PCL setting but it flowed nicely. I saw someone commenting that these don't fit standard 3D pens, the listing gives the diameter as 2.5 mm so just make sure you know what you are buying. Most 3D printer filament is 1.75 mm so this IS a larger diameter. Make sure to match the specs with your pen.

My grandson received a 3Doodler Start+ 3D pen for his birthday and very quickly used the filaments that were included in the original box. When he opened this 300-piece refill pack he screamed with delight (so did his older brother) and was completely amazed and impressed with the colors and quantity. He was thrilled to be able to continue using his 3D pen.These filaments fit perfectly into his pen and he was quickly making new objects. The filament seems to be a perfect match with the pen and neither he nor I noticed any difference in the melt point or flow of these filaments. I do recommend this refill pack for the 3Doodler Start+ pen.

This pack of 300 pieces as a refill pack for 3D pens would be great if it worked for everything.Unfortunately, when I ordered this pack I didn't see they specifically say this is only for the "3Doodler Start+" pen. These do not fit any other 3D pens at all as they don't fit mine. They aren't the standard size and are much thicker sticks.Overall, I'm sure these are probably great filament sticks for the right 3D pen but it's a shame they aren't more universal.

So many sticks in one bag! Shipping was quick, i ordered and received the following day. Packaging is acceptable for the product and none were damaged. The sticks fit well into my 3doodler pen. My pen did sound like its working harder compared to the original and seems to come out slower. All in all, it works and the colors are bright. Great value for the quantity you get in one bag.
