Thai Street Food

The book is beautifully presented and each dish is photographed well. It does however, have over 106 pages of thai people in between each section unrelated to the recipes. Would have preferred more recipes. Also its hard to find the dish you are looking for in the index so have to trawl through the book. In two minds whether to return the book...

Gorgeous book, great photos and am looking forward to trying out many of the recipes! The only downside to this book is that the cover feels like it is coming undone from the pages...

Fantastic book with street food recipes and lots of pictures.

Thailand is the only country where you can be run over by a restaurant....and this large coffee table format book captures both the atmosphere and the street cooking skills of Thai mobile restauranteurs. Both the photographs and the carefully conjured recipes bring to life the experiences of Thailand and its amazing street food. I love this book. And it whets any appetite!

great book - stunning photography, lovely recipes and enough reading material to understanding the culture to make sitting down and pouring through this book with a cup of green tea totally worthwhile...
