I had high hopes with this one, but once assembled (and in such pain), I was excited to use it, but because there’s no place for you to actually sit and then lay back, it just didn’t work for me so now it’s up in the attic

Assembles pretty easily. But works well on my back. I do put a towel over the arch to make it more cushy.

Don't even know where to start. The thing came in a box with ghastly instructions. completely disassembled. It has one bag with screws. Some shorter some longer. You don't notice and nowhere is instructions on where to use longer vs shorter screws. My husband luckily is an engineer. So he started assembling it, just to find out half way, there is a reasons for longer and shorter screws. finally he got it put together and the very first time I go and lie on it, the slats cracked right in the middle! Hellooo, I weigh 120 pounds. If it was a toy they should have said so. I sent it back immediately and went to an actual yoga store and bought the real thing with ACTUAL wood. Luckily I didn't have a problem with sending it back and getting my money back. Don't waste your money.
