It works fine but choosing the right color, for me, was a little difficult.
I am white but my skin tone is medium. I first bought the medium brown with medium gray eyebrow powder. It did not show up on my skin and I returned it. Then I bought the dark brown with dark grey and both show up. I am using a brush that I had that is a little stiffer than the brush that comes with this product. I suggest the company uses a stiffer brush.

Excellent quality and colors. I have white hair and the gray is perfect. Both show up darker than I thought they would.

Nice colors
The colors in the palette are nice, you can mix them to get your perfect shade. The brush is a little flimsy and small but I can work with it. Unfortunately the product was not wrapped in any protective bubble wrap and one of the 3 compartments was shattered so I have 2 colors instead of 3 . The price is good so I can't complain too much. It is annoying when Amazon doesn't package products well for shipping but it's not the fault of the product. If it wasn't broken I would have given 4 stars.
