This item is double sealed for your protection. The first outer seal is a plastic wrap covering the lid and the bottle. The second seal is the inner seal over the top hole of the bottle. I appreciate the double protection seal. Also, I appreciate that this item is Made in the USA, and the headquarters is in Florida. It's Vegan, it's labeled as having NO soy, gluten, egg, wheat, peanuts, GMOs, Color additives, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, or preservatives, which pretty much checks all the boxes against allergies and toxic chemicals. I appreciate that. First impressions are very positive. I'll update in a month when I finish the bottle to see how it feels. Stay tuned. Thank you.

I've recently heard about this ingredient being great for fighting stress and anxiety, but I doubt if the FDA has approved it for that statement (which is to be expected). These capsules are easy to swallow and have zero taste. I'm looking forward to seeing how they affect my stress levels and anxiety. Hopeful that they help, but I've only taken them a few days so far.

These tablets are similar to other brands I've tried in terms of size of tablets. According to the bottle, in addition to the root powder, there is extract added which increases the withanolides. The bottle says 3 tablets to get the full 2100mg, but I find that I only need 1 to 2 capsules to work for me. Overall this is similar to other brands I have tried in terms of efficacy.
