Better than most.

The online packaging for this type of summer sausage, which is Farmhouse beef and pork, looks very similar to the Beef Summer sausage which tastes way better. The beef and pork sausage is lighter colorored, harder to cook, and seems to have a lot more fat. I don't like the taste and couldn't return. Annoying!

I buy these sausage rolls every year for both my Dad and myself around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. We both like them and three rolls will last all the way thru the holidays. Pick your favorite cheese and crackers to go with and you have a tasty snack! There two types...Summer sausage and beef sausage... either are just fine with me. I hardy recommend this product.

I love Hickory Farms products. I specifically like Hickory Farms Beef Stick which is what ai ordered. What I got was Hickory Farms Summer Sausage which isn't Beef Stick. Amazon was kind enough to refund me, but I can't send the Summer Sausage back because it's a food product. Just seems like a waste.

Hickory Farms products taste wonderful, the shipping was fast, but they mailed me the wrong product. I didn't notice it because once I got it I threw it in the fridge until the holidays and by then it just seems wrong to return it.

It was awesome!!

Tasted terrible, texture was like a spam loaf.
