ideal for the back to work out muscles after sports, very sturdy and pleasant spines :)

A bit small, but I like the bumps - really digs into my muscles when rolling out

Overall great roller, its solid and good quality. It provides deep tissue relief, which can be quite painful at first but it gets easier over time. I run so my legs can be extremly tight hence the pain. If you are new to foam rolling I'd recommend starting with a regular foam roller first before moving onto this one.

I never write reviews for anything, but I have got to leave 1 for this. As a 28 yr old male who has been suffering with extreme back pain for the last 4yrs to the point where it affected my breathing, concentration and impacted my fitness workouts and happiness severely. After just 1 use it has freed my back removing all the pain and breathlessness and other symptoms with it and I’ve had normal rollers for years which kinda helped but this is another level. I cannot praise this product enough after a few uses I’m even feeling confident of going for a run without worrying about my breathing going whack, something I enjoy but struggled with. It’s the little hard foam modules on the exterior that make the difference! Really can get where you need it. Everyone is different and normal rollers are fine but if anyone is suffering severe knots in their back this will help 100% my quality of life improved dramatically thanks to this

I had a rumble roller for years and it finally wore out so went for this as a cheaper option! Bad move!! Worn out rumble roller is still hard than this new cheaper version! Get what ya pay for!
