about time
Its about time someone married a solid ball valve with a motor to turn it in a application for heating. Also, finally a motor that is powered by 120vac instead of pain in the butt 24vac, something which always required me to wire in extra relays.

Please note when no power the valve close automatically.
Very satisfied with the product, I use it for shuting off my main water of the house with Alexa control by a smart switch. Very easy to set up.

Works like a champ
Used this to replace was looked like an identical one installed from a local plumbing show at a higher cost. The other one had a DC adapter, I find the A/C line cord easier to deal with than a wall wart adapter. The old ones motor was still fine, the ball in the valve had begun binding, I suspect due to a very very high residue in the water. I put a filter in front of it this time so less grit gets through.
