Was not certain if I was getting sick as was congested and was not feeling great just a few days before a cruise so I started taking IMMUNE DEFENCE and felt fine day I boarded the ship and continued taking IMMUNE DEFENCE for the 1st 7 out of 8 days I was on board. 8 days later (almost 3 weeks since felt I was getting sick) I still feel good...NEVER GOT SICK!!! and was able to enjoy eating, drinking and roughly 20,000 steps each day we were in portMade in Canada for me is a plus as I do avoid ingesting what is made in certain countriesCONSNone

My wife wanted to try to boost her immune system, so I thought I would get her these. Excellent choice. These capsules have a good mix of plant-based ingredients. My wife takes it every day. 5 stars.

This has a combination of 10 herbs and mushrooms especially targeted to help keep you from having that sore throat explode into something bad. As curious and excited I am to have this supplement in my medicine cabinet I hope I don't have to use it. I'm glad I ordered it. I am very happy about the quality of this supplement and about the trustworthiness of the brand. This is a family-owned business out of Canada since 1985.All ingredients are lab tested in their accredited Canadian manufacturing facility. i thought the cost is very reasonable for a 30-day supply. The dosage is 1 a day at the first sign of a cold or flu.This is a good supplement to keep on hand.

The blend of ingredients are a great combination to help strengthen my immune system. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t leave any bad taste or upset my stomach, even when I took them on an empty stomach. It’s nice knowing I’m getting so many great immune-boosting ingredients in just one pill, which made it perfect for daily use during cold and flu season.That said, there were a couple of things I wasn’t thrilled about. I noticed the bottle only has a 30-day supply, which means I’d have to reorder pretty often if I wanted to take it long-term. I also saw that it contains magnesium stearate, an additive I try to avoid, so that’s something to consider if you’re picky about ingredients. Still, overall, it’s been a helpful addition to my routine.

These supplements are easy to swallow and I didn't notice a taste. The other day, I started feeling a sore throat coming on. I decided to try this supplement. Well, I did get a full blown cold, but it did not last as long as I thought it would. I'm not sure it was all due to this supplement, because as I felt worse I began taking some of my stand-by remedies such as zinc. I think I would take this more as prevention.
