This was bitter by itself but we added a half lemon and the taste was very pleasant. It does give you a lot of energy so don’t take it too late or you will be up all night.

So I use a larger cup for my tea which means I usually have to use two tea bags to get the flavor but with this brand I only use one because the flavor is outstanding. A very rich and strong flavor.
