Bought for my mom after hip surgery. She had problems trying to put the compression socks on without bending. This made it so easy for her to do by herself. Good quality of build. Highly recommend for anyone who may struggle to bend or reach to put the compression socks on.

This sock helper is great! The handles have extension rods that make them easier to reach and pull up. I use it every day to put on my compression socks. So far I haven’t had any problems.

The media could not be loaded. Update: this device could be great but after trying three different times we are moving on. All three had the same issue that I show in my video. So dissapointed.My mom just came home from an assisted living home. We were both nervous about getting her socks on. Much to our surprise this device allows her to put on her own compression socks! Unfortunately I have to return the first one after the replacement comes. The spring buttons on the one side do not come through the holes very well so the handle keeps slipping off which is dangerous. Not sure why the bars are not threaded and then screwed together, that would have made this device really sturdy. If we run into the same problem I’m going to visit the hardware store to see if they have a bolt with a nut the size of those holes or maybe weld the bars together. The handles are nice and long which is great for my mom.

Ok, compression socks are a necessity and a pain to get on. This makes the process much easier. It may take a few tries but don’t give up. Also, be sure to wear the gloves. The ones that came with it were way too small for me. I use regular garden gloves with the “rubber ish” coating that helps to grip the sock to adjust. If you just use your hands, you risk putting a hole in the fabric because you have to use a lot of force and chances that sooner or later it will tear. When I got fitted for my first pair, the woman shared this tip with me. Makes a world of difference.

Who hates to put on compression socks!! We all do. I bought a different product many months ago and struggled and struggled getting it to work well. Ok this one was way more expensive and I am plus size. It works..... yes there is a learning curve... but I can now (with a little contortion) get my compression socks on and my legs, ankles and feet thank you. Yes, I think in the long run, this is well worth the money.

I tried a regular sock aid and it did not work. My wife tried and she could not get it opened and then claimed it was not large enough despite what the chart said. It came yesterday. It was good that I could see the video on my phone for the one here did not ever work. Using this was a bit of a challenge with the first sock, but then it worked great. I appreciate this being available for those of us with 17 in claves. I plan on buying this for a relative who wears a high high compression sock and their calf is not small. It's at least 14 inches. This, the take-off aid and the advertised spray will be their Christmas present this year. They are almost 70 and don't need to be putting their hip compression sock on every day without this aid.

My compression socks slide off of the frame before I can get my toes all the way in to the toe of the socks. Not much help. I'll use my plastic sock donner from my hip kit. Much better and easier.Can it be returned to an Amazon locker?

I bought this to help get the compression stockings on. There are no instructions included you have to use the scan code & even then it wasn't helpful. I tried & it didn't help I did better without it. Only a 1* because you have to give a rating otherwise it would be a 0.
