Worth the premium price if you have flat feet
I have worn orthotics for years, after years in hockey skates my feet hurt in every pair of shoes I’ve tried. This is my second time purchasing these insoles and they are FAR SUPERIOR to even custom orthotics. They fit my running shoes, gym shoes, golf shoes, etc with no trimming. Almost immediately my foot and ankle pain went away. My old pair wore out after about 12 months of heavy use, and I had forgotten how amazing these really are. Worth the premium price! Also worth noting I did not need to mold them even though I have super flat feed. The med bump feels like a foot massage to the point im getting some indoor shoes so i can wear them all day.If you’re concerned about the price, I have found them to be worth it in terms of comfort, stability, and longevity.

Highly recommended if you need real support and durability!
These insoles are the best! They offer incredible arch support and cushioning, making a huge difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day. These have truly helped reduce foot fatigue and even some back discomfort I used to get from unsupported arches. They’re a bit more expensive than some others out there, but they’re absolutely worth every penny. Not only do they feel better, but they also last significantly longer. This is my second pair, and I won’t go back to anything else.

Last insole I'll consider purchasing.
This is by far the best insert for my boots that I have found. Have high arches and need extra support, these are well worth the price. Last longer than others I have tried. Highly recommended. Spend a lot of time on my feet and really like the support.

Gave new life to old shoes
Late last year, I started walking around the neighborhood each night, trying to stay a little more active now that I've lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately, while wearing my (only pair of) shoes, I noticed that the arch in my left foot would hurt painfully if I tried to really walk briskly. My shoes were offering zero arch support and on investigation I realized I had worn almost completely through the insoles. Since the exterior of my shoes were in great condition, I decided to get these based on the reviews here and elsewhere.Right off the bad, they were extremely painful to wear. Whether that was due to years of my feet/legs being in a weird position due to the old flat insoles, or something else, I don't know. But after two weeks (the recommended break-in time) plus a trip through the oven, I was seriously considering giving up on them. I'm glad I didn't, though. After just a few more weeks of light use, I did finally get accustomed to them and now my feet and muscles don't hurt at all when doing my walking or going to the store. The difference between my old insoles and these is night and day. These offer good cushioning for the heel and more arch support than I've ever had. (Sadly, my left foot's arch still hurts if I try to walk too briskly, but this insole has reduced the recurrence of the pain a little bit.) Just walking around the grocery store or a park, they are quite comfortable. Although these seem to be geared towards the athletic end of the human scale, I think they'd be fine for people work work standing up all day, too.If there's anything to complain about — besides the long break-in period, that is — it's that the procedure to form them to your feet by heating them in the oven doesn't seem to really do anything. I followed the directions, but the little dot never changed color. After the time limit, I wore them as instructed but never did notice any real change in fit or comfort. If there's a change to be had by doing this, it seems to be very minor.Overall, I'm happy with them, and I hope that they last a while considering how much more expensive they were than off-the-shelf insoles you find at your local big box retailer.

Sole helped better than anything else I tried to relieve foot pain. True to size fit with good firm support. It was very easy to take out the old thin layer that comes in all tennis shoes and put this support in.

No Relief
I am very dissatisfied with this product. I bought it to relieve metatarsal PAIN and it did nothing other than add to my overall discomfort. It is supposed to mold to your foot but this takes quite awhile & remains uncomfortable. Normally, I'd return the product but I trimmed the toe-line (per product suggestion) to fit into my shoe. There is NO metatarsal added cushion. This is a pricier product than other OTC shoe cushions/arches on the market and on Amazon. I found more comfort in the cheaper sole cushions (Dr Scholl). (SELLER MADE FULL REFUND UPON SEEING MY REVIEW COMMENTS. THANK YOU)

Unmatched foot pain relief
These are by far the best insoles I have found to date. Nothing else I have tried has given me relief from minor plantar fasciitis. Enough where it would be annoying and hurt after sitting for a while. I don’t over or under pronate and like that these have ZERO drop so they don’t change the fit of the shoe. Arch is right where it needs to be. I’ve had both the cork and plastic soled one and the plastic ones just last longer but both are equally comfortable.

Thank you Sole for saving the soles of my feet! 👣
I really love it! I bought a size 10 wide for my Vivo Barefoot 9 wide because I measured it and the Vivo insole is 28cm, the same as the Sole 10 insole. The vivo barefoot is good for my toes which are long but it is bad for the sole as my foot is very sensitive underneath and so with this insole it was perfect. I was sorry to pay for the price but it was worth every penny, haha! Thank you!
