If you want energy, then buy these. I've been taking for many years now. Directions say to take three a day, but I usually only take one in the morning. Now if I'm tired, I'll take another at three p.m. This is a very high quality and consistent brand. No shakiness just good clean energy

Hey,If you are single guy and eating like one this multi-vitamin is for you. I am a single guy that eats like one. I was working heavy overtime hours and lagging badly. I started pounding the coffee and popping caffeine pills just to keep up. So someone, of course, said I am not eating right. Yeah but who has time? I started trying all these vitamins but found I would just urinate them out. What a waste(no pun intended)!So one of my coworkers sisters, who is a nutritionist, said if your not going to eat right at least try these vitamins. Your body will retain most of them. I tried them and have been using them for the last three years daily. They work great, not too much energy, but just right. They say to take three daily but I take one.Since Amazon has them I thought to leave this review. Hope this helps and eat some fruit! Ha!

This product was recommended by a friend. I am loving it so far. Good energy, feel more balanced. The only thing I am not a fan of is the size of the pill. Oh well, easy to get over with results.
