My granddaughter loved this camera and has been busy making short videos with her sister. This gift was a total success!

Great quality product. A very practical resource when teaching my lessons. Easy to use.

Initially couldn’t quite work out how to use the document camera but after reading the help guide and installing the software, I was able to use ir easily. I teach online lessons and so far has been a great tool to use to demonstrate example to my students. I bought another brand before HUE and had to return. The software is easy to use and has so many other features that I need to experiment.

Invaluable teaching tool, online and in-person to show things up close

The quality of this product is excellent. It feels very well made. The quality of the picture is fantastic. High resolution images. However, it has one major flaw from a teacher's perspective. When using as a visualiser you have to have the base at the bottom of the page (ie in your way). I know I can adjust it within the software programme but that means I have to screencast from the programme rather than using directly within Zoom or Seesaw which is why I bought it. The visualiser I had before had a "rotate image" button built into the head of the camera itself and it seems like such an obvious feature I did assume this would have it. I hope someone can correct me and tell me there is a way to adjust the camera's image by 180 without having to screencast from the software programme.

I purchased this for classroom use as I had an observation coming up and needed something reliable, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The product broke simply from moving it slightly closer to the image being displayed, without any force or rough handling. The picture quality is also very poor, with dull and inaccurate colours, making it unsuitable for teaching or presentations. For the price, I expected a much higher standard and would recommend purchasing a better-quality alternative instead. I will be returning this item and contacting support to see what can be done.

Good quality picture- clear and bright. Flexible and easy to adjust focus. I use it as a visualiser in my classroom and it;s perfect for that function.

The image on the right is blurred, as evident in the attached pictures. Another customer has reported a same issue in the comments. I tried to troubleshoot with technical support at Hue but it was a long-drawn and tedious process just to prove to them that there's a defect with the product, despite sending them these screenshots, hence, decided to return it. Rather disappointing. I had given 3-stars are for Amazon.sg returns, hoping that it would be seamless as it has previously been on Amazon.com. However, even after 7 days of this order being returned according to the Amazon process, there's no sign of any updates from the local courier company or Amazon. I had to call Amazon today who apologised & promised to refund the amount back to my card. Thereafter, I received an email from them informing me that, "We are unable to process the refund request to the original payment method or change your refund to another credit card. However, we can issue a refund by sending a gift card to your Amazon.sg account." So, I'm back on the phone with Amazon customer care, to let them know that I do not want a "gift card", and would like the amount refunded back to my card instead. Not sure of the outcome but definitely not buying anything that ships from overseas on Amazon.sg. This is the second time an order with Amazon Singapore has failed.

My son had previously used this at a local kids play place to make stop animations. Many of the complaints have been addressed in the app updates and I was so happy for him to have one at home. This is one of his favorite toys and he loves making stories using stop animations. It was easy to set up on the iPad and with the recent updates it connects easily. The quality is fine for a kid and it’s a great tool to teach the fundamentals of stop animation and storytelling.

My daughter is doing a Zoom class and was required to have this camera specially. It has been fantastic. It is easy to use, works well and seems to be very well made. We did have an issue and I contacted Hue directly. They were amazing to deal with and sorted out our issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend the camera and the company based on our experience.

Esta cámara me ha gustado mucho. Tiene multitud de usos. A continuación, os voy a poner una lista de 5 actividades que podéis hacer y más adelante os lo enseñaré alguna de ellas en fotos. 1- Proyectar un libro. 2- Enseñar a hacer apuntes a tus alumnos y alumnas. 3- Hacer un tutorial de una manualidad o de un dibujo. 4- Grabar tus clases para ponerlas en la plataforma del cole y así poder atender a los alumnos confinados. 5- Grabar la realización de ejercicios. Os la recomiendo.
