48" with balance bar. Ok, just wow!!! Bought this for myself because I have mobility issues and just an all around messed up body of bad bones and joints. Kindve a last ditch effort to be real. After strapping down my huge honkers I could barely do 5 minutes --- and that's a good thing! I was out of breath, my heart rate got elevated and my mood was through the roof! This has got to be one the best things for I stand mood lifting. The low impact is top tier and my muscles hurt the next day so yup, this works 100%. It's so much fun, its quick and easy and really you only need a heavy dutysport bra if you are heavy chested. My balance is better and I'm looking forward to getting more muscle and stamina out of this. I guarantee you will laugh and smile the first time you use it. Go on YouTube and see how to attach elestics. If you have bad arthritis, you might want someone else to do that part - I did it myself but my hands hurt more than usual for a few days after. Seriously, do yourself a favour and get this for yourself. And obviously the balance bar is a must for someone like me with balance issues.***Side note, I have cats and am blessed with a studio / spare room so I recognized the danger it was in if left unattended and used as a scratching post. You certainly don't want the bouncy part getting cut or damaged for obvious reason. Happy jumping! Your heart and mood will rejoice in your choice!

Oh I was so conflicted in trying to make this purchase. I am a 70+year old who was trying to step up my exercise game. I felt that maybe this rebounder was for the young folks only. However, I have been bouncing with joy. Not stressful on my limbs and has been so helpful in minimizing my restless leg syndrome. Holds up very strongly for heavier weight users and my 8 year old grandchild loves it too. I use it indoors and it is secure on the floor and doesn't create noise while in use. Wish I had discovered it years ago, but so happy to have it now.

I have used this trampoline for a few weeks now. I LOVE it! The first challenge was putting it together but it was easy. I am 64 years old and I was able to put it together, by myself, in under 40 minutes. The bunjy, springs are durable and give the trampoline a very nice tension. They make the use of the trampoline, a quiet exercise opportunity. This one stated a weight limit of 500 pounds. As I am on the heavier side, I was afraid it would not work well but instead, it held my weight perfectly! It has increased my energy level and I look forward to using it. Nicely priced and a great buy!

This item worked well for the first month of ownership but then the lip of the legs that attach to the trampoline became so widened that they could not be tightly screwed on to the trampoline any longer. The legs became so loose that they would fall off the trampoline while in use making it unstable and dangerous. Only kids weighing less than 100 pounds used it so it could not be because of exceeding the weight capacity. We tried to contact this company but received no response.

Trying to get in shape. definitely gives you a work out. Trying to work up to 30 minutes of jumping. progress is slow. lol happy with purchase.

BCAN customer service is awesome. I received my rebounder and it was missing some of the bungee cords needed. I emailed them right away and received a response from the same day letting me know they were being shipped out and I would receive them in 3-5 business days. I received them in 4.Product is a 5 star product. Excellent quality and easy to assemble.Highly recommended.
