Very happy with this! It was impossible this past holiday season to find any in local stores that weren't horribly over priced and the size of a hot dog. When I originally ordered, the expected-ship date was several weeks away. As I do when I see this kind of delay, I waited a few days and checked the ship time on the product page to see if it's closer... and it was a two-day delivery, so I ordered again and cancelled the original.All that said, it is a very, VERY close approximation to the original Hickory Farms Beef Sticks I remember from when I was growing up. Taste and texture were great and the expiration was roughly three months out. Overall, it's still a somewhat pricey treat, but it's entirely worth it once in a while :)

We get it every year for Christmas. Just like the original. Husband loved it.

Taste good but seems to have more fat particles in them then the other sausages.

Expecting what I use to buy at the Mall stores at holidays in the Hickory Farms stores. Full of fat, light brown, no robust reddish bright salami look and no aroma. What a waste of money. Thru it out because didn’t know what it was. So disappointed. Glad I just opened to test was excited to try would have never served guests. Guess I need to go back to WEGMAN’s whom I can trust for quality. Very very disappointed.

Sent this to my dad. He was very please with the size and flavoring. He didn’t say anything negative about it’s appearance or that it was questionable in any way. I’d say that it’s a great purchase for how much you get. My dad is on a very limited budget and said he could eat on this for around 10 days which isn’t bad at all for the twenty something price point when groceries are so high in price. I would purchase again and definitely recommend to anyone.
