While neither me (or my nan) have any issues with aspirin the idea of pain relief gel that is free from that sort of thing did catch my attention as well as the simple but nice looking packaging that it comes. Said tube is also well sealed as you would want with this type of thing. While the aches I get aren't too bad this does have an effect on them working especially best when its a muscle ache, if its more skeletal you won't notice it as much. My nan has also used it and she has said it works pretty well for her so that's also good. Other things to mention would be that the menthol smell is not overpowering and it absorbs well enough that I wouldn't worry about wearing clothes over the top so overall pretty recommendable to at least give a try if you are a user of this type of thing.

Within hours of applying the lotion the pain eased , not fully , but enough to shock me and continued use appears to be working even after a few days , so it gets my recommendation.

I had a large rotator cuff surgery after a motorbike accident. I thought I’d give us a go, it’s not as intense, as the freeze gels or companies like deep heat but absolutely works feels good on the skin a slow warming sensation. It’s not overpowering and seems to kill my pain for longer than anything else that . did notice on my bedding on black pillowcases, but it left to stain , but came out in the wash.

I am at an age where I get quite a lot of pain starting in my joints, especially my hands, elbows and knees.I don't like using anything with chemicals or prescription medicines and tend to try to stick with natural remedies, which is why this caught my attention.This cream contains a lot of 'goodies' such as menthol (the overriding smell of the cream is menthol), arnica montana lavender oil, boswellia serrata, willow bark extract, and spiraea ulmaria flower extract.I have used a few of these in creams before, but have never had them all in the same cream.It is quite thick, but rubs into the skin easily and is absorbed quickly. It has given me relief from my aching joints, especially in my hands (I use it almost as a hand cream at night and put on moisturising gloves after using it on my various sore finger joints).As it contains menthol, you should always be careful never to touch your eyes when using this cream otherwise they will sting!I will continue to use this on my joints whenever I need it, and I feel much happier using a natural cream than resorting to chemical creams.I also like the fact that it is manufactured by a family business, based in Milan - much more personal than buying from a huge corporation.

I've been using the 1936 Original Aspirin Free Nodol Cream for a few days now to alleviate arm pain, but I haven't noticed any significant improvement. While I appreciate the natural ingredients and lack of aspirin, the cream hasn't been as effective as I had hoped.It's worth noting that I haven't heard of aspirin-free creams before either, so this might be a unique product. However, based on my personal experience, I can't recommend it for those seeking immediate relief from joint or muscle pain.

As I have got older the aches and pains arrive as regularly as bills through the letterbox so I was pleased to try this natural pain relief cream. On the day of arrival I was suffering from a new pain in my right shoulder occurring when ever I moved it in a certain position, on went the cream as directed and it was quickly absorbed leaving no greasy residue and leaving a lovely reassuring menthol smell in the air. To my surprise within half an hour my shoulder was pain free and I was able to carry on with my daily tasks. The following day I woke up with very painful right hip muscles, something that happens more and more, so on went the cream again. This time I only noticed a dulling in the pain of about half which definitely helped but did not eradicate it. So far I am impressed with this cream and given that it contains only natural ingredients I would much rather use this than Volterol or Ibuprofen gel. I like the fact that this product is made by a family run business in Italy using EU ingredients.
