Such a comprehensive book every chef, garlic lover and history buff should own. Wealth of information, easy to read with the added bonus of interesting recipes one may not have imagined. I am really enjoying this book, just as much as Robin's previous book, Catalog.FOR THE RECORD....being friends with the author doesn't make my review dishonest, I'm rather impressed with this book and have given it as gifts.

I'm a garlic lover and this is a great book! Glad I bought it, I love all plants and certainly learned alot more than I knew about garlic. Thanks Robin!
