Life hits hard sometimes and as such I've had brain & spinal cord damage. Meds dehydrate me but this stuff really helps to keep me feeling better again. I like that it's low sodium. It has the right stuff to help my bones & B vitamins that help damaged nerves with a little extra energy. Blends nicely and has a nice consistent smooth texture. Also with 60 servings it's great on price when compared to similarly marketed products that are only 30 servings per container.

It was a waste of time and money, it has no real flavor the powder doesn't mix well with the water and generally just sits at the bottom of the water glass.

Not to sweet nor bland. Appreciate the minerals for a healthier body.

For the price, it's a good deal, but I don't like the quality. It is grainy, doesn't dissolve that well, and the flavor is on the mild side. I know some other drinks have the same problem, but the gaininess on this product is different. It's a lot larger than others, and even after a long time doesn't dissolve. I don't think I'll get this again.

This is disgusting! Both myself and my kids tried it. It does not dissolve properly and quickly settles in the bottom of the cup. If you mix it and try to drink it before it settles, it leaves a powdery taste in your mouth and it absolutely Does Not taste like fruit punch. If there was an option to send back or get my money back I would, because we will not be drinking this! If it would let me give no stars, that would be my rating of this product.
