Q: Does this help with shoulder and back pain

It definitely helps with shoulders. I have cervical disc disease in 2 upper disks, and 'grooves' in my shoulders from wearing regular bras... because I have large breasts. ( I wear 36 H in reg bras and I can wear a 36G and 38G in this). It is very supportive and is easy to connect. I have replaced my everyday bras with these. And best of all, this is a great price!!!

Q: I ride hunter/jumper equitation. I need a bra with good bounce control. Will this bra do the job?

No. For good control you need a sports type bra. This does not give that type of support. I only wore it because of the back of a certain dress. If is not my preferred bra, comfort or support wise

Hi, I am a professional bra fitter. Is the cup too small or the band. If the band is too tight but the cup fits you go to a 36 and drop 1 cup size. 36d. if the band and cups are too small try the 36dd. If neither work try a different brand.

It runs true to size so any other bra size you’ve tried should work. Its somewhat snug getting it pulled down over your head but once in place it’s comfortable
