Well, this took over an hour to put together, with the help of my husband! The instructions were far from clear and there were a couple of false moves during the process! Once we had accomplished the seemingly impossible, it was a good, heavy work bench but I never managed to get the seat back up to 90%, which was one of the reasons I wanted this particular model. In the end, I gave up on it and bought a step with several levels.

Solid heavy bench. Perhaps not the quality of profi equipment but good value for the money.
