overall a very easy to use kit. I had no problems getting the footprints of my dog. However, there is a piece in the kit, packed in styrofoam which even after getting the prints and everything done I still do not know what it is for. There is nothing in the description about that piece.

It's so cute! I couldn't wait to put mine together for my ferrets and I loved it so much that I got another for my parents to have for their dog! It makes for an adorable present or even decoration for yourself. If you're thinking about it, just do it. The clay isn't dry and crumbly which was a plus for me. The ink works for multiple times and there's two papers so if you don't get it the first time you have 3 more tries ( double sided).

I like the kit, but the “glass” front is actually plastic. This is only a problem because it’s very thin and thereby very fragile. It comes with plastic protective film on both sides and when removing the film, the tiniest amount of pressure caused the corner to crack. I hoped the cracked portion would be covered by the frame, but it’s not and you can easily see it from a distance. I hope the seller can send out a replacement plastic piece so I can up the review to 5 stars.The company reached out and rectified the situation. These are the sellers I like to deal with on Amazon. I would trust ordering from them again if this is the kind of customer service we can expect.

Great concept and materials, clay just doesn’t fit well in frame and ended up cracking

Just got the frame. Haven’t tried the clay or stamp pad, but the product looks nice. Excited to give it a try!Only thing is the photo slot sizing is inaccurate. I printed several 4x4 inch photos (knowing that some of the width would be cropped), but there is still at least half an inch of extra space at the top. A little disappointing because I will have to pay to reprint all of the photos in a different size so that they fit better.

So the kits I got had the ink paw print kit but not the kit to push the paw print into the soft dough. Very disappointed
