Electric Composter: 4.2L Large Capacity Odorless Quiet Composter Kitchen Counter Top Food Cycler Machine Electric Compost Bin Indoor Countertop Recycler Composting Trash Can Smart Mill Waste

We have been wanting to try one of these electric composters for a while. After reading reviews and watching product videos we decided on this one. It is not working as advertised. The pictures attached are of the second use. The first time we ran it, it took over 17 hours and was just as soupy. Defiantly not the dry material seen in the product video. The machine is easy to use, the pail is nice and large and there was very little smell. However, we are very disappointed in the end result. This will be going back.

I have a lot of fruit trees on my backyard, so every year I need to spend lots of money on the fertilizer for them. Therefore, I bought this composter that I could make it by the unwanted fruit or vegetable etc. this composter is quiet, it only has a little bit of voice. It also has not smell. Its size just fit my counter, but I have many stuff on my counter, so I leave it on the floor also it is easy for me to pour the waste into it. It has the self cleaning system that you don’t need to clean by yourself, you just need to pour in water. The only thing I don’t like is it takes too long to be finished. It is expensive, but worth.

Do NOT purchase this device!!!It got jammed almost instantly, no matter how small I cut things up!!!Then, after I sent the company photos of the codes given when it's not working, they asked for video of a still image situation. I told them the video files were too large to email when Photo works best, plus, the machine is stopped IT'S JAMMED AND FROZEN, THERE'S NO VIDEO TO SHOOT!!...then they ghosted me until it was past the return date.This expensive item just stopped working a couple weeks after it was purchased!I chopped up all vegetables to less than half an inch and it still got jammed and fried itself. Hasn't worked since. Very poor engineering on this to have it jam so easily.I will change this review if the company EVER gets back to me, if they EVER help me, and if they EVER let me return it,or they give me my money back or send me a replacement.Otherwise, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ENBOYA. If you do, you'll be more than sorry.I give this composter zero stars, but evidently, I have to leave one.

I like the size, composting process and aesthetic of this machine. These things work well for me. The machine is easy to clean and very quiet when running. Where I continue to have a very big problem is reinstalling the bucket. I’ve had to fight with this every single time I remove the bucket which then impact how often I run the composter. I wish the reinstalling of the bucket was not an issue. Hence the rating I gave.

The machine I received was used before I got it, the charcoal was mostly used up and the machine was dirty and scratched when I got it out of the box .

Worked fine at first but now doesn’t dry all the way and stinks bad. Have replaced charcoal and doesn’t help. Liquid always.

Didn’t really work for us. Filled up really quick.

I just got this electric composter and I can’t wait to use it. It has a big bucket inside that can fit a lot of food scraps. I put the food scraps into the bucket, press the button and after few hours all the food scraps turned into valuable fertilizer for my outdoor plants. I highly recommend this electric composter.
