Mous – MagSafe Compatible Car Mount - Phone Suction Mount - Compatible with iPhone 17/16/15/14/13/12 Series Phones

I’ve never regretted a purchase from Mous, and this is no exception. Their stuff can be a bit pricey but it’s invariably well designed and made well (so not all the money goes on their ubiquitous ads and marketing). Their customer service is good too, I had a phone case that split after a year of use and they quickly and politely replaced it with no questions asked, as per their warranty. I’ve wanted this neat, no frills and compact phone mount for a while because I can’t stand huge cheap-looking plastic cr@p in my car. This looks good and is as unobtrusive as it can be. Being Mous I was confident it would work well too. I noticed there had been some complaints that the magnets weren’t the strongest, and it seemed to be taken off the market for a while. I don’t know if that was to address the issue. When it became available again I bought it. The magnets are fine on mine, as strong as I would ever need even with a third party phone case. In use, the phone stays where you put it, and the mount is solid. I also like that it doesn’t use that gummy sticky stuff on the mount that many others do - I have been caught out with that before and the hassle of trying to remove it from windscreens with Goo-Gone and scrapers. This Mous mount just uses a regular suction cup and clamp and hasn’t budged yet, but it is easy to remove if you do need to reposition it. You can get a wired version of this, or the one I have which is just the mount. I can’t find fault and the product is exactly what I hoped it would be. Another quality offering from Mous.

Most of the screen mount phone holders I browsed through had that disgusting sticky thing that mounts to the windscreen. Trying to remove it is like trying to separate two items that were super glued together. When you finally got it off, it would leave a sticky residue on the windscreen. I don't know what possessed manufactures to use this substance. It's extremely useless. I stumbled across this Mous unit which had the traditional suction mount cup which works very well. It's very easy to fix to the windscreen and also easy to remove compared to the sticky versions. The magnet holds the phone superbly and you can adjust it in all directions. Probably the best magsafe phone holder out there. I can't give a long term opinion yet but it seems very sturdy and is well built. It should last a long time. Highly recommended and worth paying the extra cash.

This is my second purchase of this item. The first one's suction cup ripped away from the holder, but it was nearly 3 years old and used 2-3 times daily. Never hesitated as to buy again, as holds phone perfect with mouse case I have.

Glad I spent the money, best quality mount I’ve ever owned and likely will never have to replace, brilliant suction and strong magnet.

I have yet to find any suction car phone holder stay permanently fixed in place, they always come adrift after a while this one being no different, Once stuck down with sticky pads it has stayed put and performs great, the mag is strong enough to hold the phone permanently whilst car in motion but not to strong a hold you have to fight to remove phone

I purchased the suction mount version after my trusty tomtom holder stopped sticking to the windscreen, wanted something sleek and not loads of adjustable knobs etc, this looked the part and so far has been very good, the magnet makes fitting and removing phone super easy, would recommend!

Brilliant mount does not come off works perfectly

The strength of the magnet is low, it will not hold the phone securely if you are driving on bumpy roads. It also arrived poorly packaged, it was just loose in the box with no support and had come apart so I had to reassemble it myself.
