Kampfkunst International DVD: SAITO - AIKIDO JO (429)

Disappointed! I was looking for late Saito films, where he teaches in a more standardised format. Instead I bought myself a black and white film of poor quality with hardly any explanation, a film on taijutsu techniques (which by the way is also included in Aikido Bokken DVD!!) and some random clips shot from the hip on some seminar... there is some value in it but if you are a novice and looking sound reference film this is definitely not it.
