It arrived a day earlier than expected. It was missing a few important parts. I contacted the seller. Communication was great. A couple days later there was a new one on my doorstep. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'd definitely buy again!!

I needed something to raise the patio roof while I installed new support studs. This did the job very well. The only thing I wish it had was a stop to prevent over extension, but I was lucky I didn't need to go the full distance up the threads.It's easy to use and very sturdy. Not difficult to raise either. Simply attach the top plate to the beam you want to raise using screws/bolts of your choice. Screw the disk all the way to the top of the adjusting bolt. Maximize the poles with the bolts and cut a piece of 4x6 to set under the lower plate to get the most lift out of the jack.

4 stars, cause I ordered 5, received 5, but the fifth was missing two bolts and one acorn nut, so one star for each working jack. Thought maybe I could contact the vendor and have just those missing parts instead of shipping the whole thing back for replacement, saving me and them time and effort and them lots of shipping costs... But sadly, that wasn't a prime return/replace option this time. So, I saved 'them' the shipping costs and bought what I needed at a local hardware store.As for the product, I'm using them in a old but dry basement to shore up hundred year old wood joists. These were easy to install, very nice looking, very happy. Would buy again.

We ordered 20 and 4 of them showed up with missing parts. The seller worked with us quickly and professionally on getting us a replacement and refund. Was it inconvenient? Yes. But the customer service to make it right is on point. These jacks are a good product and worked for exactly what we needed (support subfloor for a basement remodel). The floor above the basement had a lot of play (bounce) in it, wi the floor jacks, that went away completely. The subfloor is very sturdy now with the added supports of the floor jacks in the walls below. Again, I appreciate the company working with us to make it right.

I bought two of these a year and a half ago. Just getting to the project and opened the boxes to find missing parts in both boxes. Both jacks completely useless. The manufacturer doesn't sell parts for these jacks. My fault for not opening the boxes when I received them.

Thinner steel than I expected, and nothing holding it together, which makes it a bit clunkier than necessary. I ended up welding the caps in place. It’ll work for the intended purpose, but nothing like the stout post jacks I’ve had in the past.

This jack was very easy to operate at made changing the posts on my back porch a breeze! It only took us an hour to change all 4 posts thanks to this jack! I highly recommend it!

I have a few of these that I am currently using to level the floors in my 150 year old house. They are incredibly easy to assemble and are made well. When raising the floor beams, these posts show no signs of weakness or flexing. The packaging leave some to be desired when being delivered bu UPS, but they made it with all the hardware in the box yet.
