got this as I wanted to have legal size folders to store our filing in.Assembly was fine, took 45 min or so. Not complex at all.Drawers are a little flimsy but not too bad.Overall its fairly sturdy for how much you are spending. it is NOT a SteelCase but is fine for home/light work environments.Glides are a little cheaper/flimsy but once the drawers are installed they seem to work.Generally, you get what you pay for and this isn't expensive but is of reasonable quality.My biggest issue came once I started to files in it. I put legal hanging folders front to back and then started to load up the manila file folders in those. Everything seemed ok until I closed and opened the drawer. The file folder tabs get caught (and ripped) on the cross brace support that is between the drawers. I messed with it a bit but in the end I took out one of the cross braces on the one main drawer I am using which you shouldn't have to do.I didnt see any material change in sturdiness when I removed the cross brace but not sure once its fully loaded if it will matter. I likely will just use it for letter (left/right) filing in the other 2 drawers and leave the other cross brace in. Just wanted to make people aware - hanging folders + manila file folders = bad outcome unless you remove the cross brace.

The finish product is great, and looks just like in the picture, is very sturdy and the drawers works flawlessly.The item is a bit heavy once finish, the color is great, and the lock works just fineAs far as assembly goes, the manual recommends you build it with another person, however I was able to put it together by myself in a bit under an 1 hour, I’d say 40 to 45 minutes …. In other words is really easy to assemble, plus it comes included with a very handy hammer, screw driver and gloves (I didn’t even use the gloves)The lock is fantastic and works just as described, there are 2 keys included in the box

This was a replacement file cabinet we bought recently and we are liking it so far.Pro:- Lightweight and easy to move- very spacious and could fit a lot of stuff- The drawers are sliding smoothly.- set of 2 keys provided.- no risk of breaking slider balls at the base (this is exactly what happened to our old cabinet).Cons-None as of now

What has impressed me the most about this product so far is that not only is each piece labeled and all the hardware labeled and in their own zip-lock bags, but they INCLUDED a VERY nice screw driver AND a pair of cotton work gloves! I have never seen that level of complete packaging in all my 71 years. I’ve started putting it together and find that, as indicated, the assembly is a two person job. That being said, the directions are clear and there’s a video to watch if you have any problems. They include a link to that video in the directions as well. See what I mean? This was a nightmare to build and it looks like garbage. The drawers don’t close the whole way.

Good price but did not know it came unassembled. Very sturdy and heavy

Packaging was sturdy and impressive. Took about an hour to build. Easy instructions and everything clearly labeled made this a mostly painless process to put together. It looks great once complete. It has a key and lock, but this is mostly pointless as it is not very secure. I would suggest that it might keep out small children, but any adult could easily open the drawer with a tool. It comes with extra screws and even a regular size screwdriver. Can’t wait to start adding files and organizing my new cabinet.

This is a good file cabinet the only thing that is crazy is you have to put the entire thing together.
