I've purchased a boat load of stuff from Amazon and I've only given a handful of reviews but this is one that I felt was worth the time to review. I want to share my opinion on this camera after using it for a bit. Setting it up was easy. It works with 2.4g & 5g wifi, which is nice since some cameras only support 2.4g. The app walks you through everything step by step, and in just a few minutes, it was up and running. The video quality is actually better than I thought for the price. Actually it's great. Clear and crisp. The 5mp HD resolution is awesome, even when zooming in, and the night vision does a great job of picking up details in the dark. The wide view of the camera covers more space than I need, so there are no blind spots. The motion alerts work great. The auto-tracking feature follows the movement that it's tracking smoothly, and the person or "human" detection is a must if your dog keeps setting off the motion and causing a lot of unnecessary notifications like mine. The motion alerts pop up on my phone quickly, and the sensitivity settings are easy to adjust. The two-way audio is clear, with very little delay (less than a half a second) which makes it easy to carry on a conversation without cutting each other off. It supports cloud storage and sd card storage, so you don’t have to pay for the cloud storage. I think there are some benefits with the cloud storage but the sd card works fine for me. Playback is smooth, and finding past recordings in the app is simple. So simple that even my girlfriend can do it which says a lot. (I hope she doesn't see this review lol) Overall, this camera does the job and the price makes it even harder to pass up. If you’re looking for something easy to use without losing the quality, it’s a no brainer I sound like I'm writing a commercial or something but I'm just sharing my opinion in case you're on the fence between this camera a similar one :-)

Added this Hiseeu camera to my 8 camera Wireless NVR system to watch my 6 month old puppy. I enjoy talking and listening to him through the camera. He has separation anxiety. Great tool to use to help keep him calm when I'm away. It offers smart night vision which can be set up for motion only or turned on white light through out night time.

I'm very please with both Hiseeu indoor cameras. Very easy to set up and sync with the app. I have one at home and one in a different property. I can see both in my app. I would say that the communication with seller has been fantastic. Quick to respond within the 24 hs. Great follow ups. An item and buying experience that deserve recommendation. Thank you

Cameras are ok, installation easy, worth the price I paid for them. You will need a memory card or pay for the cloud storage. You need an app to access cameras. Picture is clear and sharp. Audio is ok as well. Setup was quick and easy.

I have three of these cameras in the house and 5 of the same brand but different model for outside the house for security of my house. The motion detection and humanoid tracking adds peace of mind and the color night vision is crucial to be able to see what color shirt or hat a bad guy is wearing for reporting to the police. They function great and the app is super easy to use I added large SD cards to each camera which provides me weeks of constant recording before it automatically starts to overwrite on the card so I do pay for cloud storage which makes this camera the best value for the cost. The built in microphone and speaker has great sound quality for talking through the camera and hearing what other people are replying to you.

I purchased this specific indoor camera along with four model WK-4TD504-1T wireless outdoor cameras with solar panels and a 1TB DVR. I connected all of these devices to the DVR/NVR and the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Very user-friendly instructions are included with each product, but I will provide a few tips that might assist with setting up this system. 1) Connect all of your cameras to the DVR/NVR via Wi-Fi or USB cable BEFORE you set up the app on your mobile device. Then once all of the cameras are connected to the DVR/NVR, directly connect the DVR/NVR to your app. DO NOT connect the individual cameras to your app first as this will cause problems with viewing the camera video on a monitor/TV. 2) Make sure all of your camera devices are within 3-6 feet of your DVR/NVR when you are attempting to configure the system. Then once the configuration has been completed, move the camera devices to their mounting areas and you should be fine. 3) In the mobile app there are a variety of options found for each individual camera under ‘Settings’. So basically the user is able to ‘customize’ the notifications, etc. for any cameras on the system. I recommend taking the time to utilize these ‘Settings’ to make the overall experience better. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend the product for anyone needing an end-to-end security solution that does NOT require an outside subscription service and those ongoing costs.

This camera is great! First of all, the storage, I didn’t want to have a subscription for any cloud service and the thing with this camera is that you don't need to! You can use an SD card and you will be able to playback old footage and when the memory gets full, it simply overrides old recordings. It is pretty accurate in notifying you of any live movements and the audio function also works perfectly with no delays. I also love that it is dual band which was one of the things I looked for when shopping for security cameras. In the past I struggled to find the right camera often finding myself having to return them but with Hiseeu, the set up was easy and simple. I would say durability is also great, even though it is very light, I dropped it by accident and it continued working fine. I love this camera.

Okay for intended purpose. No hiccup syncing to outdoor Hiseeu cam Wi-Fi control box.
