This is my first time using creatine and I took it on an empty stomach 30mins before my morning run and I did feel like it gave me more energy 20 mins into my run. no flavor or aftertaste which is a MUST for a supplement before a workout for me. the pills are the size of horse pills, but they weren't too bad - just tuck your chin to your neck when swallowing.

I bought these because I have a concussion and I read that Creatine can help your brain recover. I was happy to find creatine in pill form, because it's mostly sold as powder. These pills are *giant*, which is the only downside, so they're a little hard to swallow, but there's no weird aftertaste, and they don't start to dissolve as you're trying to swallow them.I've only been taking them for about a week, so it's hard to track effects, but I have noticed I have a bit more energy, and I think they may be helping my head a bit.

The pills are a little large but I expected as much. If you don't do well swallowing pills then you'd probably have a hard time with these. There's no nasty taste or aftertaste though. I was happy to find creatine in pill form.
