I like to add meal boosters to my smoothies and porridge to increase my fibre and vitamin intake among other things. A lot of other similar products have this weird, chemical aftertaste, but that wasn't the case here thankfully. The cacao taste was really nice and enhanced my chocolate-flavoured protein porridge even more. It's pretty good on its own or bananas when blending it into a milkshake.Overall, I liked this a lot, and would buy it on sale again for £6 (which is the promo price at the time of my review), but £10 is a bit steep for long-term. I would otherwise highly recommend it!

I put this on my greek yogurt or mix it with my porridge. I find it not strong or overpowering in taste and Its alright. Not seeing any major differences but hoping it is doing good stuff for the gut. I much prefer to have something like this than a drink version that tastes horrible.
