This is to electrics as push-fit is to plumbing
Great value. Combined with a pair of automatic wire strippers and appropriate enclosures (to give mechanical protection) this makes for a superb improvement on messing about with junction boxes and screw drivers.

shirylzee Compact Wire Connector Kit, 121 Pieces
An excellent kit of wire connectors at a very reasonable price.✅ Kit consists of 50x 2-wire, 30x 3-wire, 10x 4-wire, 10x 5-wire connectors and 10x clips to hold the connectors, there's also 10 screws for the clips and a very basic wire stripperNB - all the connectors are single way - if you want to join 2 three strand cables together for instance, you'd need 3x 2-wire connectors➗The lever is quite stiff, but totally functional - it should go to 90 degrees to open the connector.✅ The wires are held very securely. NB these can cater for wires from 0.2mm to 4mm - see the photos in the listing for more detailThere are better connectors on the market, but these are a bargain and will suffice perfectly for most uses. Highly recommended.

Nice kit
This is a really handy cable connector kit to have around the shed, You get a variety of blocks plus clamps and screws for fastening the connectors down if needed, These are a bit like the wago clips but a lot cheaper and not clear like them, The levers work well and clamp the wires nice and tight, They are basically the modern version of chox blocks but a lot easier and quicker to use and they are great for tight spaces, And they all come in a handy storage box :) .

An Excellent Starter Set with Lots of Connectors in Various Sizes
The media could not be loaded. This is a great starter set if you are new to using lever nut terminal blocks. Until recently I have used chocolate blocks, or soldering, to join wires and I am still fairly new to this method.Details of the wire sizes, current carrying capacity and voltage ratings are given in the listing pictures and it would be wise to take copies as there is no information in the kit.If you forget the ratings and have extremely good eyesight each block has all the information you need embossed on its surfaces. I have included enlarged photographs of these at the end of this review, so you will know where to look. There is even a gauge to help you strip exactly 1cm of insulation off the end of the cable so it fits perfectly into the clip.It is remarkable how fast joining cables using these connectors is compared with using chocolate blocks. It is not until you complete a project with them that you realise how much time is spent tightening and checking screws. It is also an easy two handed operation, as opposed to three handed - one for the chocolate block, one for the wire and one for the screwdriver! The significant difference with these connectors is the ports are all connected together and each is really designed to take a single conductor which it joins to those in the adjacent ports. Chocolate block terminals are insulated from each other and are usually straight through - these are not.Using one conductor per port makes it possible to reliably connect thick wires to thin wires and stranded wires to solid wires.A wide range of cable thicknesses can be accommodated ranging from 0.32mm to 2.05mm. I tested a pair of random cables with different diameters and both were firmly gripped by the clip. It would have been difficult getting them to connect successfully in a chocolate block.Included with the terminal blocks are screw mounts that allow them the be firmly attached to a surface. Once the blocks are clicked into these clips they are unlikely to break free. To release them requires a flat bladed screwdriver to be pushed underneath between the clip and the block. I suggest you practice getting them out before installing them on a job. I have included a video with this review showing how it is done.As well as their use in electrical installations these connectors are ideal for temporary set-ups where electronic, or electrical, circuits are being tested. They can be reused over and over again and each connection is immediately safe to handle with no exposed conductors. There is however a test hole on each connector so a probe can be inserted to test the voltage - you can see this in my photographs.Although I am enthusing about these connectors they are up against stiff competition, and other makers do make similar rated terminal blocks that are smaller, albeit at a higher cost.

Almost As Good As Wago Clips
Don't get me wrong. Wago clips are better. They just have more useful information, such as clear parts to see what you're doing, plus easily readable voltage and amperage indication. These however, are very good. As a starter set, they work jus as well. Quite versatile and comes in a handy case for easy storage.Definitely recommend.
